Robert Kegan, Founding Principal
Dr. Robert Kegan is the co-founder and principal of MINDS AT WORK®. He and his partner, Lisa Lahey, have helped individuals and organizations achieve their goals for over thirty years. Co-authors of How the Way We Talk Can Change the Way We Work (Jossey-Bass) and Immunity to Change (Harvard Business Press), they recently joined Warren Bennis, Edgar Schein, and Peter Senge as recipients of the Gislason Prize for contributions to organizational leadership.

He is also the William and Miriam Meehan Professor of Adult Learning and Professional Development at the Harvard University Graduate School of Education. His research and publications on the development of mental capacities in adulthood (The Evolving Self [Harvard University Press], In Over Our Heads [Harvard University Press]), have had an international influence in many fields, including management, leadership studies, and organizational learning.
