Lisa Lahey, Founding Principal
Dr. Lisa Lahey is the co-founder and principal of MINDS AT WORK®. She and her partner, Robert Kegan, have helped individuals and organizations achieve their goals for over thirty years. Co-authors of How the Way We Talk Can Change the Way We Work (Jossey-Bass) and Immunity to Change (Harvard Business Press), they join Warren Bennis, Edgar Schein, and Peter Senge as recipients of the Gislason Prize for contributions to organizational leadership.

She is also a faculty member at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She is the lead author of the widely used method of assessing the developmental complexity of an individual's way of making meaning (The Guide to the Subject-Object Interview), and co-author of Change Leadership: A Practical Guide to Improving Our Schools.
