Check out these testimonials from an earlier version of the course:

When I first started, I was a bit skeptical on how I would actually change. Looking back at myself weeks ago and comparing it with how I am now is incredible! I couldn’t be happier that I decided to take this course and learn a new approach to change. My life is so much better because of it.

I appreciated the opportunity to feel like I was a part of a bigger community striving to grow and improve. This made me want to constantly push myself because I believed in the power behind the material and in the power of being part of a community working toward similar goals.

This has been an amazing course and I have made long lasting changes that I didn’t even dream about when I began this course. There is no way to express my deepest thank you for that . . . my life is changed.

About Immunity to Change:

Immunity to Change (ITC)—a learning process developed by Harvard University faculty Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey, informed by 30 years of research on adult development and used in organizations throughout the world—offers an actionable model for transforming our lives and our organizations. ITC can be applied to a wide variety of personal change goals, such as:

  • Improving your ability to receive critical feedback
  • Delegating in order to move an initiative forward
  • Creating a healthier work-life balance
  • Having more courageous conversations
  • Working more collaboratively within a group.

Many groups come to this process because each individual already has a personal improvement goal they wish to work on (often, but not always, related to how the team works together). In that case, your group will be ready to dive right in. Other times, groups come to us with a shared, group goal, but no individual goals yet. In this case, as part of our pilot, our moderators will work with you to discover and connect individual goals with the team-wide goal. Those who enroll as individuals will receive instruction on how to choose a personally-meaningful improvement goal as part of the first step of the ITC process.
