    Hi folks,
    I am curious to know how to work with a team after creating the ITC map. I use the exercises on Continuum of Progress, Observing the BA in Action, Designing and Testing the BA and Taking Stock with individuals, but I am unsure how to have a collective do the work of overturning the BA…any thoughts are much appreciated.
