Alumni Learning Day

Creating Deliberately Developmental Organizations (DDOs):  An Introduction

With Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey

Cambridge, MA / Monday, September 15, 2014

“Most leading organizations invest in developmental supports for some of their people, outside of the flow of the normal workday—executive coaching, high-potential programs, mentoring, and similar activities. A new breed of company, however, is committed to development for all, creating immersive cultures for continuous individual growth as the necessary means of achieving superior business results.”
—Kegan, Lahey, and Fleming
The Minds at Work Team is pleased to invite all graduates of the Coach Certification Program and Facilitator’s Workshop to this year’s Alumni Learning Day. Please note that we offer this session once a year, and this year’s date occurs the Monday following the Harvard Coaching Conference (September 12 & 13, 2014).

Bob and Lisa will lead you in an exploration of their newest ideas for working with DDOs (Deliberately Developmental Organizations).

Look for their article to be released in the Harvard Business Review and check out the HBR post on this topic. For more information about the Deliberate Developmental Organization, visit Way to Grow INC.

Making Business Personal is a featured article sharing our research in the April 2014 issue of Harvard Business Review (requires free login to read article; PDF available for purchase).

More information about this day will be coming soon!

At the conclusion of the formal program, we invite you as our guests to an informal networking reception, where you can re-connect with old ITC friends and make new ones!

We expect to be able to provide International Coach Federation CCEU credits for this day of learning.
