Conducting the ITC Approach with Teams

The Minds at Work Team is pleased to invite all graduates of the Coach Certification Program and Facilitator’s Workshop to a one-day program

Teams, like individuals, can be Immune to Change. They commit to improvements they genuinely want and need to make in order to increase their effectiveness, and yet they act contrary to those intentions. This one-day session is intended to help practitioners experienced working with teams learn how to apply the ITC process to intact teams. Using an experiential learning design, our Faculty will lead you through a team ITC process and share their most current learnings about applying ITC to teams.

This intensive 1-day workshop includes a full day of instruction (9:00 am – 5:00 pm) as well as the opportunity to meet over lunch with other ITC practitioners to discuss how you and they are currently applying ITC and how to bring the ITC team dimension into that work.

Program Faculty: Maria DeCarvalho and Deb Helsing
