New for 2020!

A four-day program that equips coaches to use the ITC process with both individuals and teams.

We are excited to announce that we have restructured our 2020 program calendar to better support our program participants. Past participants have told us that the option to practice both the individual and team ITC content in the same workshop was especially valuable, and, for many years, our annual ITC with Teams program was sold out months in advance, which often required participants to travel to Boston twice- once for the Facilitator’s Workshop (focusing on individual ITC) and once for ITC with Teams.

Accordingly, for 2020, we are offering a Teams day following every Facilitator’s Workshop, which will equip coaches and other helping professionals to practice using the ITC process with both individuals and teams on the same visit to Boston.

When taken in combination, the Facilitator’s Workshop and the ITC with Teams is four days. We also welcome participants to attend either program individually. (Please note that the Facilitator’s Workshop is a prerequisite for the ITC with Teams program.)

Fees include all program materials, 27 hours of ICF CCE credit, a network of colleagues, as well as breakfast and lunch daily. Airfare, lodging and dinner are not included.
