The misdiagnosis
Most leadership challenges that look like skill or motivation problems are actually adaptive. Leaders can sincerely commit to change — and still default to old patterns. Not from lack of will, but because part of them is keeping a foot on the brake.
The method
Immunity to Change™ coaching makes that internal brake visible — surfacing the hidden commitments and assumptions that function as an immune system against the very change a leader seeks. Once visible, they become workable.
The theory
Adult Development Theory gives our coaches something further: the ability to meet leaders at their actual developmental stage, and to help them build more complex ways of making sense of their world. More complexity of mind produces more agency.
The network
Certified ITC coaches working across sectors, contexts, and scales.
Every coach in the Minds at Work network has completed the year-long certification program and is trained in the Immunity to Change™ methodology and Adult Development Theory.
