This fully-online program is asynchronous; you can go through each session’s material at your own pace, as long as you complete each session during the week it is assigned.
Through collaboration and consultation to determine key organizational learning and change goals, we design customized programs to guide members of organizations through the complete Immunity to Change process, either fully online or in blended/hybrid designs (in-person events with online pre or post work).
