Immunity to Change Online

Offerings for Individuals, Teams, and Organizations

The online division of Minds at Work currently offers individuals and small teams an open-enrollment program and offers organizations custom consulting to bring the Immunity to Change process to scale.

The Change Course for Individuals and Teams

Experience the Immunity to Change process online by enrolling in The Change Course. The Change Course is a 8-week online learning program from Minds at Work that is designed to significantly enhance the capacity of individuals or team-members to deliver on their most important, and challenging, change goals. The course brings individuals and teams—of work colleagues, or even friends!—through the ITC process of personal improvement. Each week, you will make further progress on a goal that you’ve selected by engaging in online activities including guided journaling and virtual discussion.

This fully-online program is asynchronous; you can go through each session’s material at your own pace, as long as you complete each session during the week it is assigned.

ITC Online for Organizations

Through collaboration and consultation to determine key organizational learning and change goals, we design customized programs to guide members of organizations through the complete Immunity to Change process, either fully online or in blended/hybrid designs (in-person events with online pre or post work). Members of your organization will make measurable progress on their most pressing professional goals, which can focus on individual professional development or on a collective vision of organizational change.

If you are a part of an organization that would be interested in collaborating with us, please be in touch. We’d love to talk with you.

  • Developing healthier eating or exercise habits.
