The Change Course

Online Learning: The Change Course

Join us online in The Change Course, a 6-week online learning program from Minds at Work that is designed to significantly enhance your capacity to deliver on your most important, and challenging, change goals. The course brings individuals and teams—of work colleagues, or even friends!—through the Immunity to Change™ process of personal improvement. Each week, you will make further progress on a goal that you’ve selected by engaging in several online activities, including:

  • Brief videos of Bob and Lisa providing context for your exercises, and guiding clients through their own Immunity to Change™ maps
  • Focused readings to deepen your knowledge of the Immunity to Change™ concepts
  • Short assessments to capture and reinforce your learning
  • Guided journaling and reflections on your real-world change efforts

Benefits of Participating

All participants will:

  • Experience exercises from the Immunity to Change™ Coaching Arc, from Map-Making to Tests of the Big Assumption
  • Have the opportunity and tools to make progress on a personally-meaningful change goal
  • Join an online community of other change-ers, including moderated discussion forums
  • Receive timely support and feedback on the work you post in the discussion forums from a certified Immunity to Change™ Coach

Our next session of The Change Course runs from January 13 – February 24, 2025. Tuition for this program is $549 per person. Groups of 3 or more receive a $50 per-person discount ($499 per participant).

This 6-week, fully-online program is asynchronous; you can go through each session’s material at your own pace, as long as you complete each session during the week it is assigned. You should expect to devote 4-5 hours per week on the program.

Testimonials

Check out these testimonials from an earlier version of the course:

When I first started, I was a bit skeptical on how I would actually change. Looking back at myself weeks ago and comparing it with how I am now is incredible! I couldn’t be happier that I decided to take this course and learn a new approach to change. My life is so much better because of it.

I appreciated the opportunity to feel like I was a part of a bigger community striving to grow and improve. This made me want to constantly push myself because I believed in the power behind the material and in the power of being part of a community working toward similar goals.

This has been an amazing course and I have made long lasting changes that I didn’t even dream about when I began this course. There is no way to express my deepest thank you for that . . . my life is changed.
