Terminology question: "ITC curriculum"

Hi All,
I am puzzling over the meaning of one of the questions in the “honing” section of our tracking book. It asks: “Do you and your client have a shared understanding of what the client’s personal immunity-to-change curriculum is?” There is a question above this one that asks if we see the tension between columns 1 and 3, and another one that asks if we see how col 4 sustains the immune system. Is the difference with this question the “shared understanding” part? Is the “ITC curriculum” the tension between cols 1 and 3?
