Just a reminder to submit any topics for Monday’s call. I’m not 100% sure how many are calling in – from the rsvp’s – it looks like about 10 of us will be on. There have been requests to:

I’m wondering, based on the suggested topics above – what are some thoughts about how to most efficiently use our time together? Breakout rooms, general group discussion, other?

I think it might be helpful for everyone to share how many clients they are working with and where they are in the process. For example, Neill is quite early on still and I have three client at the bio and testing stages as I’ve had more availability to do the work.

My key area of focus is how to get the most out of the time we have with a client and how to keep ruthlessly focused on the Big Assumption and not get swamped in detail.
