Hello from Milan, Italy. I am very glad to keep in touch with my classmate! I think we were a very positive Group. I think it will be important to have this space to speak about our practice with ITC. I attended the workshop to learn how to facilitate Group based on ITC. In one hand I found it interesting, in the other it was a little bit too short: only one day! We had no facilitator Guide; we went through one case study only and at the end we had no time to ask all our questions and go through all our doubts (which were quite a lot for all of us!). My conclusion is: it is better than nothing! I am glad I have done it but I hope that they will soon organize a complete training (2-3 days? and give us the facilitator guide). Lisa ad Bob said they are working on it. I hope they will complete it soon. ITC applied to groups is very, very challenging and full of traps.
