Supervision Course for CCP Graduates

The course will strengthen new coaches’ skills in helping clients overturn their Immunity to Change^TM by deepening your understanding of the coaching arc.  The focus of our work will vary depending on coaches’ interests and needs.

Re-Certification for Certified ITC Coaches

At the beginning of your fifth year, Minds at Work^® will contact you to inquire if you wish to be recertified. A senior MAW associate will review your portfolio, conduct a brief interview with your coachee, and hold an hour-long recertification conversation with you.
